Service text-message consent
Service texts start only with your permission
When you give Salty Wire Marine a mobile number for a service job, a team member may ask for verbal permission to send service and customer-care updates. The team records the exact number, disclosure, time, and staff member. No audio recording is required. You do not have to agree to texts to receive service.
Before ordinary service texts, we send one initial information text identifying the business and explaining message frequency, message and data rates, HELP and STOP. The policies are linked below. Providing a phone number, requesting service, or making a purchase alone does not enroll you. Marketing texts are not part of this program.
What we ask and the confirmation you receive
Our permission question
May Salty Wire Marine send service-related text messages to this number about appointments, projects, estimates, customer documents, payment requests, receipts, and service support? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile information for third-party marketing. Privacy Policy: https://saltywiremarine.sbsworkflow.pro/privacy. Terms: https://saltywiremarine.sbsworkflow.pro/terms.
Your first information text
Salty Wire Marine: You agreed to service texts about jobs, appointments, estimates, documents and payments. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may instead use a private link tied to the customer and exact mobile number. The number cannot be entered or changed on the consent page.
The checkbox starts unchecked. Customers may decline or close the link without losing service. Digital consent is recorded only after they check the separate box and choose Agree and record consent. Staff cannot override STOP. After opting out, restarting requires your new written consent.
