PRIVACY POLICY Effective August 19, 2026 Salty Wire LLC, doing business as Salty Wire Marine ("Salty Wire," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you request or receive our services, communicate with us, use our Customer Site, or open a protected Customer Document. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, business name, postal address, email address, telephone number, service location, vessel or equipment information, service requests, approvals, messages, and communication preferences. We may also collect records created while providing services, such as estimates, work authorizations, project updates, Customer Documents, invoices, receipts, warranty information, and payment status. When you choose to pay by card, our payment processor receives the card details needed to process the transaction. We receive transaction status and related records, but we do not intend to store your full payment-card number or card security code. When you use our Customer Site or a protected Customer Document, our systems may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, access times, requested pages, and security or audit events. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use information to respond to inquiries; schedule, perform, and document services; prepare estimates and Customer Documents; request and record approvals; process and reconcile payments; provide receipts, project updates, and warranty support; communicate with you; protect our customers, systems, and business; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and maintain business and audit records. TEXT MESSAGING If you separately consent, Salty Wire Marine may send service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages may include appointment or scheduling updates, service or project updates, estimate or Customer Document links, payment-request or receipt notices, and responses to your service questions. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help or email info@saltywiremarine.com. After a valid opt-out request, we will send no further text messages unless you later provide new consent. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or text-message consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information only to vendors that help us deliver and support the messaging service, such as messaging platforms and carriers, as needed to provide the program, or when required by law. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any other third party. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION We may disclose other information to service providers that support hosting, document delivery, payment processing, communications, security, analytics, professional services, and business operations. The mobile-information restrictions stated above continue to apply. RETENTION AND SECURITY We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction and warranty records, document consent and communication choices, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect our systems. Retention periods may vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. YOUR CHOICES You may ask to review or correct information you provided, update communication preferences, or ask a privacy question by emailing info@saltywiremarine.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records must be retained for legal, transaction, warranty, security, or audit reasons. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy prospectively. The Customer Site will show the effective date of the current version.
